Excellent stuff, Mockingbird. Just as good as I remember it and it only gets better from here. I'll let most of the others compliment the wonderful bits in the issue but there were a few things I wanted to point out.
Something new I noticed this time around was the flower that Harley uses to knock out the museum guard with is Joker’s flower from his lapel. She practically tells you right there but for some reason I missed it the first time through. Or is that a new addition to this posting? Anyway, it’s a nice little bit of foreshadowing/explanation for a future gag.
I noticed the name Batwoman was mentioned by Ivy. Is that the name you guys are giving to Barbara Gordon’s term as a crime fighter or is there another female Bat character out there somewhere? Or was it just a mistake on Ivy’s part?
All in all, some cool stuff and excellent characterizations. I'm looking forward to your new stuff.

Renee as Batgirl? Nice idea. Hope to see more of her in the next issue. Good written issue. I had a lot of fun reading it.
Great cover art, although the described costumes in the issue didn't match with the cover. But that doesn't really matter.

I love your Harley already. Of course, she's loveable to start.
Nice high comedy!

This was a great one, the characters shine in your hands and the dialogue pops off the page. These characters are clearly in good hands and I'm really excited for everyone to see where you're headed with them. It's a hell of a ride.
Harley and Ivy play off one another so well here, Pam's dourness is well-matched with Harley's mania and her willful obliviousness is depicted so flawlessly. You can really believe the poor thing is in love with the Joker with the way she talks. You expressed that very well.
Renee too is executed well, the less-than glamourous elements of the super hero job is something few people really take the time to depict or express, so it's refreshing to see them exactly as they are here. Everyone wants to be a hero, but I think few would really relish the notion of sitting out in the dark and doing the stakeout work that comes with it.
The attempted heist was great, once again playing well off the disparate personalities of three women, the heist target itself was classic Batman in intent.
The Joker is perfect here as well, you feel for her as she's drawn ever deeper into his web, but she does it with such verve that you can't help but root for her despite yourself.
Really, really great job. Loved it as always.
The artwork is stellar as well, a perfect match of tone and subject.

Great start to the series. I love how you write the characters, espeically the Joker.
And an interesting idea for putting Renee in the suit. (Although as the other Bat-writer I know part of the reason.)
Very nice cover art as well, espeically Harley's costume. ;D

Finally found some extra time and thought I'd check something out. Since I'm a huge fan of Ivy and Harley, this was my first choice.
And WOW, am I glad I did! The dialogue was excellent and I can't figure out who I liked better, Harley or Ivy. The Joker had a very Mark Hamil sort of feel to it.
But my favorite part had to be Renee! What an awesome idea. Must move on to the next one.
Great cover, and great story!

I am so bloody inept at keeping up with anything at the DC3! But as suggested to me, I read Ult. Gotham Girls, and bloody hell did it blow me away! I've always had a soft spot for Ivy and Harley, probably due to my exposure to Batman: The Animated Series (I miss you, Kevin Conroy. Gotham Knights cannot come soon enough... ) and this issue was just wonderful in the way it presented their characters. And ooh, what's this, Renee is... Well. I did not see that coming. Well, I did, as I'm privvy to lots of behind the scenes stuff, but this #1 was a wonderful spring board for future tales. Harley, Ivy, Batgirl.... I will get round to #2 and #3 and #5 and #6 as soon as I can (but not #4. It offended me that one time... ) but right now, I'm pretty glad I decided to step down as EiC of DC3, because look what Don has brought with him!

All I need to say: I could hear the voices clearly in my head.
My only criticism: It was a bit long.
