I love the team-up you've got going here, James. Kara and Dick are a great fun match, and it's nice to see a 'World's Finest' getting together I'm not familiar with the history of this villain in comics, but that just means you get to introduce me, and so far it's looking...well, maybe a little silver-age in concept XD maybe a little out-there. But still pretty cool, and no doubt it's gonna be a heck of a fight.

Interesting. Very interesting.
Kara and Dick have the same relationship from the comics of awkward teen romance (At least on the former's part) and it works great here. Houngan is an unexpected villain to use but should make for something fun. Keep up the good work.

Hehehe, Kara likes Dick. I hope he could survive her attentions.....
Houngan is no joke though, Brotherhood of Evil and all that. See where this goes.....very intrigued....

Just read this issue. Loved it, it totally rocks. The Dick- 'n- Kara interaction is awesome, and that cover? *whistles* Incredible.

This is a really sharp one, James. Love the set-up of the opening, and the nice touches of invoking and using all sorts of other Earth 5 personalities like the JSA, Nightwing and Bruce Wayne within the story. It really adds to the whole communal storytelling concept, your characters are always so connected to the verse, as it were, I really dig that.
It's a fun take you've got on Dick here, and I know it's something that's explored elsewhere but great how you establish his reputation and reinforce it without making it seem too forced. His interactions with Kara, in costume and out, are the real highlight of the issue.
I liked how you continued to tease Houngan throughout the issue, even giving Nightwing and Supergirl a nice warm-up battle with the drug dealers before launching right into the fight between hero and big bad.
Another great touch is the JSA figures themselves. At first they just seem like a macguffin to set-up a battle, but they turn out to have a pretty big purpose, setting us up for the next issue with just who, or what, this Amalgamax is.
Definitely can't wait to read the next one, to see where it goes from here.
