Awww, go Steph! XD She's adorable all the way through. poor thing flying freezing. Have to wonder why Babs isn't giving her identity to anyone but Dick, but I'm sure that'll get resolved. And David Cain is fun to work with Can't wait to see Cassandra turn up (because she has to). This whole arc is a great beginning, and this part of the story is a great and very comic-y ride

Reading this issue, I really felt for Steph geeking out at being with her heroes. Part of it was because I spent the weekend at SDCC and saw some of my heroes (Sam's Raimi and Jackson, Stan Lee, Grant Morrison dressed as Lex Luthor) and part of it was because I was just excited to have my own series posted here (Checkmate: Operation Outsiders on Earth-2).
Yes, that was a plug and yes, I am shameless towards it.
Okay, i'm done. This issue was a lot more fun than the last. Issue 1 just focused on the one scene, this was an ongoing story with multiple locations and actions, as well as a good internal story from Steph. Jade seemed to come kind of out of left-field, but she's a welcome addition to the team.
Of course, one has to question where Stephanie Brown, flower shop employee and high school stufent, came across a highly advanced tracking device, but no biggie.
I hope to see where both storylines go in this series.
