Good way to end the opening arc. I like the diversity on the team as well as the fact that they all have different names (Keeps it from being too confusing). And Hector Hammond makes for a decent (if a bit cliched) villain and i'd love to see him come back some time (as well as seeing some of the other GL villains, like Sinestro, and...Sinestro...)
I'm glad to see this series (as well as the ultimate line) come back and i'll keep reading it if it continues. Good work.

Oh, that ending was wonderful I'm not sure that I fully understood the mechanics of the big defeat there, but it was absolutely a neat story. I love that it was a mental battle more than a physical one. Hammond was wonderfuly grand-scale. Looking forward to see whatever happens with them all. I also like incorporating different names into the GL corps, and I do love to see Hal taking over the big mantle. It's been a good ride so far, plenty of possibilities in the future, and I hope GLC keeps going!

Thanks for the kind words, UDC. It's a challenging book to write, but I find that having the different names, different looks, and then emphasizing the different ways they use their rings (meshing with how they think) helps to keep in interesting. Hector Hammond's a great, classic mold for villainy, and he was a bit cliche here (heck, Alan even hung a lampshade on it), but never fear, he'll be back with a new scheme down the road. As for Sinestro...oh, he's coming...in a way you've never imagined, he's coming. heh heh
Thanks for reading, and coming back for more. We'll see Kyle Rayner coming up next, which should be fun. You keep reading, we'll keep writing. Slowly, perhaps, but we'll be writing.
And sorry the resolution was a bit confusing for you, Sam. The idea was that Hammond was using the six neophyte and wannabe Lanterns for "psychic fuel" to battle Alan with, and so Hal just "opened the floodgates" to overload Hector's brain, getting it all at once rather than slowly as he could handle it.
Looks like the unique identities for this Lantern Corps is a winner, which is good to see, it was one of the more uncertain aspects of the series for Tim and I to present (aside from just the premise itself, which also seems to have scored big). Glad you both enjoyed, and hopefully. we'll see you all back soon.
Take care Don
