Harley Scouts? Somehow that terrifies me and makes perfect sense at the same time - and who would have thought that Harley would be the one with the maternal instincts? God forbid, some parent is going to show up one day and find their daughter getting "horseback" rides on hyenas.
And that was the highlight of the issue. It is nice to see the work you're doing on developing Harley into her own character rather than Joker's fawning stooge. You know I've been a fan of what you've done with Ivy but you're slowly winning me over with what you're doing with Ms. Quinn.
