Another solid issue, Don. I really enjoyed the battle between Cap and Ibac, with Sivana blowing them both away. I'm always a sucker for those meaty action scenes. I'm mostly just eager to find out what happens with a few of these characters now. Namely, Kit's passing, Sivana's return to crime and Ibac's next strike. Oh and there's also Sabbac out there somewhere. You've got some good threads woven and I'm looking forward to what we see next.
Also, some very nice artwork from Roy once again. This is some great stuff from you guys.

Another stellar issue, Don.
It ends on a heartbreaking note, picking up from last issue's intense climax and it's over so quick it's like the reader feels that same punch to the gut Kit just got. We know Sabbac's playing for keeps, but the death doesn't feel hollow like so many big-event "prove the bad guy is badass" deaths.
I really like the notion that everyone in Billy's life seems so preoccupied with making sure he sticks with school. Not only is that a great message, but it really goes a long way to show the people in Billy's life care about him, and not only that, but helps to explain why Billy himself is the way he is.
The little bit with Cissie was great as well.
It was unfortunate that the scenes with Beautia fell on the red background rather than a blue one, the grey text didn't show up as well as I would think you'd have wanted. Not that it's unreadable, but I don't think it quite had the impact you'd been looking for.
But that said, God do I love your Sivana.
The battle between Ibac and Marvel was awesome, simply awesome. A great, knock-down, drag-out brawl, perfectly staged. I remain in awe of your sense of depicting battle sequences.
And the next scene just proves another of your many skills, this issue is filled with shifting tones and scenes that produce completely different emotions, the scene between Beautia, Sivana and Cap is well articulated, showing Cap to be the stand-up guy that he is, added depth to Sivana and adding more pathos onto Beautia herself. The effects of this scene will play out in future issues I'm sure, I look forward to watching them.
And the issue ends exactly where it begins, a whirlwind of emotion as one young man who's had more than enough sorrow in his life has to endure an even greater one with the loss of his cousin.
The shifts of tone and emotion would be a disaster in a lesser writers hand, but you did a great job with it here, masterful even.
And Roy continues to add to his impressive list of covers and splash pages - a great job with these.
